NewsFlash - Security Sector Fund Contribution Rates Notice
IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING TEMPORARY CONTRIBUTION REDUCTION AND PROPOSED RULE AMENDMENT
The Board of Trustees wish to inform affected members of an important proposed temporary amendment for nine (9) months reducing contributions payable to the Fund as follows:
• a temporary reduction of employer contributions by 2.5% (From 7.5% to 5%)
• a temporary reduction of member contributions by 2.5% (From 7.5% to 5%)
IF APPROVED, THIS WILL RESULT IN:
• employers contributing 5% for a period of nine (9) months
• members contributing 5% for a period of nine (9) months

ABOUT US
The SENPF was registered and established in 1996 specifically to meet the needs of the Private Security Sector. The Fund is managed by a Board of Trustees who are represented by Employer and Employee Trustees as well as an Independent Trustee.
The SENPF caters for all categories of security including management, administration, controllers, technicians, armed response officers and security officers. The fund can underwrite companies based on actual salaries as opposed to graded categories to ensure that families are compensated accordingly
